You've all heard the news reports about how Miami-Dade with it's light rains and mild winds during Frances has received more money from FEMA that have counties further north that took direct hits from multiple hurricanes.
To dispel any notion that this $21.5 million is in anyway connected to favors to influence voters in the upcoming elections, I've included a photo of the extensive damage and devastation in Miami-Dade County.
