Miami-Bonaire with a 1 hour plane change in Curacao but all DAE???? Possible?

Is this possible? Have any of you done this? The flights are all DAE from Miami to Bonaire. We must change planes though in Curacao and having done this before (using AA and Divi Divi Air), I'm wondering if anyone has made the flights!! Granted we are not changing airlines, but must we go thru customs, etc to get on the connecting flight? It would be essential that DAE leave Miami on time. Do They???

i am no expert on this but think you should try and contact DAE and ask them. We did do AA to Curacao and took insel. If that was the case I'd say forget it as you never know what customs will be like. it was a circus on our way in but empty on our way out. However if you're on the same carrier I say it all depends on DAE and what they do for you. you probably know all this already but I saying it anyway

I have done it several times and you will be cutting it close. Like Bob said it all depends on the day and time. My last 2 trips we got in 15-20 min early so we had a buffer.

Did you have to go thru Customs in Curacao? Pay the transit fee, go thru security again? I'm assuming you had to recheck luggage in cur--Is that correct??
