Yes it has

Also open are Coconuts, Chen Rio, Sr. Iquanas, and possibly Playa Bonita but I'm not totally sue about the last.

Why close, it was just a little wind and rain! I'm so psyched to be going back to Cozumel...hope I get to all the favorite spots while on land during my surface intervals.

Yes, they are open, enjoyed several Sol's there, as well as killer fajitas. !! Would send you a pic to prove it, but they are on my laptop!
