Merging threads

I posted similar questions in Womens Vews and also DIR. Is it possible to "dual post" something so it is seen in both forums but is only one thread? Saves people seeing essentially similar posts.

We can point a redirect in one forum to the same post that we have moved to another forum, but we can not actively create a mirror function or anything that will cause the threads to actively show up in multiple forums.
