I have no idea what this is, but it looks useful. It came with a new to me Meg and I obviously did not miss it on any of the dives. I think I have more of these.

Looks to me like a pin for the quick release cylinder mounts that came with the meg I got many years ago.
 
Yep, updated the title. These turn out to be Tiger Mounts.
