There is a documentary about the "resident" sharks of Mossel Bay called Sharkville. They also do a bite test, where they get a smallish shark to bite the meter 3 times. If I recall the correct numbers it was 91 pounds on the first bite, 321 on the second, and nobody knows the third cause she took the meter with her lol.

Anyway, it is a good show if you can find it...

Here is another way to test a bite strength, but I wouldn't recommend it. LOL!
