Mike good evening Dan Stanley here, I purchased my housing and ports from Dennis at your shop. I am purching as I get the monies. I didn't know about this video untill tonight. I had already muddled through setting up my housing and wish I had know about the video, it would have made the set up way less stressful. I emiled Dennis tonight asking about the Fx ext. ring you used on the video to attach the fisheye dome port. I purchased the DX macro port base, and the DX macro port 50 to use with my 60mm, and to possibly use with a 105mm in the future. Here is the question Do I have to have the FX EXT. ring to use the dome port. When I was setting this outfit up with Dennis we never discussed having to use the FX EXT ring with the dome port. I leave for Little Cayman in two weeks and need to figure out what all I need. I purchased to sets of the Sea and Sea sea arm VII 's. I have my TTl Converter III. and I am borrowiing a YS-110a strobe to use since I haven't been able to afford them. Looking at the sea arm VII's am I going to need another clamp to attach the strobe to the arms? Dennis usually gets back with me within a couple of days, hopefully you can clear things up for me.
