Love the frog fish and the Moray.
Do the frog fish change when they move from location to loocation with differing coral backgrounds? If so I wonder how long they take to change?

Yes, Frogfish do change colors and it takes them a few days to do it. This one must have newly arrived in that spot as it was mostly white and nothing in its proximity was.
