We were out today diving and we heard over the radio there was a marine casualty on :(a dive boat then when we came backin the Jetties we were told by a friend it was on Florida Wests Boat ,anybody tell me what happened? I hate to hear things like this

Yes, I can confim that there was a casualty yesterday morning on Florida West.

The victim was found in the water, not breathing. It is believed that he suffered a heart attack. At the hospital it was determined that his body was rejecting the O2 that was being administered, and he passed late yesterday afternoon.

My condolences to the family.
