I hope I can reach a real customer service oriented person by posting here.
I have a mares phos torch, it has about 5 dives on it, at which point the charger failed and I had to drop out of diving for a few years.
At this time, as a result of a complete lack of attention by several Mares regional distributors, including the one I purchased it from, I have a several hundred dollar paperweight.
So if there is a mares rep out there, who cares at all what I (a dive shop owner) thinks about your company....I give you the opportunity to make things right.
Before I simply throw it out, I hope somebody can help me to get new batteries and a charger for this torch. I know it is obsolete now, but you still have the manual on the website. I tried to pursue the issue when the charger failed about five five years ago, but got no where then and I am giving it a last chance before I throw $300 in the trash.
Some help would be appreciated.
