Mares Nemo Sport Interface problem

Hi to @ll.

I really need help with this.

The Nemo Sport interface software does not work for me.

It runs all the progress bar, but when it finish, no dives are added and no file is created, with the name that I indicate before downloading.
If I try again, the programs runs an error window, like this

Please, any help with this.

Hello.

The support site does not works for me. There is not any usefull information that help with my problem, and I try sending a ticket, and don't receive any answer.
