Hi all,

I have a major problem emptying water out of my Mares Jubilee BCD. It's great to dive with but cleaning it is a nightmare!! After rinsing and emptying it until no more water comes out of the inflator, I blow it up and can still hear water sloshing around inside.

Does anyone experience the same problem, and even more importantly, has anyone worked out how to empty it completely. If some water is left in the BC, will it cause damage if stored for long periods.

I wouldn't worry about it... the placement of the inflator on BC's/wings makes it near impossible to get all the water out. The main point of flushing it with water is to get any salt or sediment out.

You're going to get some microbial growth but who cares.. if it bothers you just use some diluted vinegar every now and then.
