I am looking at buying a mares bcd with the intergrated weights, and wonder what weights come with it or what weights one needs?

None but it will take any variety of soft/hard weights up to what you need. Unless you exceed their capacity in which case you'll have to add a weight belt or other detachable weight system. For most divers that's not an issue.

Integrated Weights is a term used to describe the jettissionable weight holders/pockets built into the BCD. In Mares case it's the red handled holders you see on either side near the waist. They clip in and are easily removable in an emergency. Sometimes also when you want to hand your weights up first before re-boarding a dive boat.

The first item on this list is an example: B.C.D.s Accessories - Mares

Maybe not a good idea. My wife wants new weightpockets for her BCD, and they can not be found.

There are so many people that lost their Mares pockets.
