Right on Fieldzy. I picked up a brand new VT3 that goes for 700-900 bucks for 550. So, yeh, there are deals out there. In fact, PM me and I may be able to point you in the right direction.

Here's my 2 cents for what its worth. Buy a regular icon HD for cheap, then send it in to mares for the $450 transmitter upgrade. They will send you a brand new unit with transmitter! They have just been released and are hard to get ( I sell them and know this for a fact), MAp on them is $1599.

thanks for the information i didnt know that you could send the any unit back to them and they will upgrade it for you i thought it had to be upgrade able.
