Mares BCD Rings

Is anyone using the two rings on the Mares BCD's shown below for any purpose?

I'm just currious of their use and prupose.

To hang it upside down to drain after cleaning?????

I have a completely different BC (Ladyhawk, no pockets) but it has rings in basically the same place and I hang my small safety sausage from one. (Usually when I hit the water I then tuck it under the BC a bit.)

So it looks like it has no specific purpose other then hanging tools.
