Thay are a great all round fin. It is one of the most popular recreational fins. If I didn’t already own a back up pair I would consider these although I do prefer the bungee straps. But that is just my preference since the bungees do wear and break.

I have an old pair of Avanti Quattro (not plus) that I bought for $20 from a local guy on Craigslist a few months back. I did my finning around the pool and they seemed fine, although finning around the pool isn't really a test....

Actually I didn't, But if you think it gives me Rock Star qualities, I guess that is OK.

One of the most comfortable fins I've ever owned. My kicking style has changed over the years abs I now prefer stiffer fins. Agree though, I think they are one of the best all round fins. I think your price is nice.
