I did buy the Intova IC12 and tested it in the Lake of Constance (fresh water in Europe, bordered by Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
So I was scuba diving in about 50 feet. My manual setting were the following:
- Image size resolution 3968x2976, image quality fine / Video size HD, quality fine
- manual WB at about 50 feet
- exposure compensation -1.3 (to get better colour result and because the camera would compensate the low light to much)
- flash off
- mode anti-shake (so the ISO is on 400)
- focus setting on auto
- I did not use any additional light, but I tested it also with my TillyTec W40, then the light seemed violet
So the pictures and videos were not green but the water seamed almost white, the pictures and videos were very scattered and pixilated (extreme low resolution)
What would you suggest to get better results?
