I just booked a dive day with them. Based on reccomendations from this board I contact Blue Peace, Manta and Solo Buceo. Of all the responses I received, Manta was the most complete and they even phoned my hotel to determine the easiest way for me to get to them. This kind of extra service is what made me decide to go with them

Thanks all for your reccomendations and I'll report back in several weeks how it went :)
