Use manual white balance if your camera has it.
 
For a quick and dirty adjustment, I'll try Image > Adjustments > Match Color... and then check the neutralize box in the image options box of the destination image. You can play with the color intensity slider to boost saturation, and the Fade slider to reduce the overall effect. Doesn't seem to work as well on photos with flash, but then those usually have light from the flash and don't need much correcting. I'm using PS CS2 and don't know if this command is available in previous versions.
