We've been visiting Bunaken for years. And we've seen the big brave Mandarins under Bianca in Lembeh. but we didn't know they were on the wall at Bunaken. Muka Kampong. A dull day, but there they are swanning around in the afternoon.

I feel like I'm the last to know!

By the way, the terrible rains at Lembeh caused torrents of silt at some sites, including Bianca. But the silt is clearing and the Mandarins and frogfish seem to have got through.

Sadly, some people have lost their homes due to the mudslides. They put on a brave face. If you are visiting Lembeh, perhaps you could ask the staff how things are going. They appreciate the kindness.
