Has anyone any experience with hiring a private driver to go cave diving around Tulum? I've been considering it as an option to renting a car, as nobody in the group speaks Spanish and some of the nice cenote are a bit offroad.

I know it's obviously possible to get guided cave dives but there is attached cost and executing a nice cave dive as a team without a guide just hits differently.

About not speaking spanish

I don't speak a word of spanish and go solo to Mx and try to find buddies there, and I haven't had any issues with car rentals (I used MEX Rent A Car that had good reviews on SB). So I really wouldnt worry about it
