Hello

I'm planning a trip at the end of November with Nautilus One. I've been looking for reviews but haven't found much.
Has anyone dove with them lately? also Emperor Atoll has space.

Any feedback appreciated.
Thank you

I have not been to the Maldives yet (will go in January for the first time...with Princess Rani, since it's really cheap). But, since there are no replies yet, I will at least tell you something about my experience with Emperor; I've been on multiple liveaboards on the Red Sea with them. I've been on two different boats: Emperor Asmaa (budget range) and Emperor Elite (Platinum class), and I can say that both boats were great and in excellent condition. IMHO the difference between the two boats was not really shocking, since the budget boat was already really nice. The Emperor crew was amazing, they always assisted with everything and during safety stops they would always see our SMBs before we'd come up and pick us up with the Zodiac:-) Food was excellent too on both of these boats. I've heard good stories about Emperor in the Maldives, but I haven't been there myself and I cannot compare it to Nautilus.

Thank you Claire. I appreciate you answering. I think I will be going with the Nautilus: their timing works a bit better. I will write a short review upon my return.

I looked at going with Nautilus I a couple of years ago. At that time they did not offer nitrox - which in the Maldives was a showstopper for me.

FYI Emperor Atoll used to be called 'Sea Queen' when it was operated by Maldives Scuba Tours. It is quite an old boat, dhoni style & small. Under the previous owners it offered great diving. I've heard no reports since it was sold.
