Some people use diluted baby shampoo.

Also, just for clarification, this particular suit does NOT need any lubricant since it has fabric on the inside and outside.

Yes it does. The suit is somewhat unusual in that it is reversible. The is no inside or outside, so you can match the color with your mood for that dive.

I have one of these and it's a great suit! As Dano said, no lube needed with this one and It's been holding up well using it with full SCUBA gear as well as free diving.
