After several recommendations here on SB, I purchased a Mako Lifeguard Can Dive Flag.. I read somewhere a while back that a few people have filled it with foam. What kind of foam would you spray in this to get an even fill to keep out any potential water? Is there any downside to filling with foam? How much weight will it add?
