While many of you have noticed forums sliding back and forth lately, you probably did not know why.
WWW.Scubaboard.com will be going through a server change, program upgrade and it's first major organizational overhaul in a long, long time. There will be some cool new features (like home pages for all of the Scubaboard clubs) and a general clean-up and re-organization of the forums.
When: December 17, 2003
We arent sure how long we will be down. There will be a temporary page with details if you try to sign on during that time. But hey, since this coincides with "The Return of the King", you can go watch that while we slave away soldering all the wires back together for you. We just want you to know that this is planned!
We will also be entering a new era for SB and will publish a mission statement as well as a new TOS. We hope to have T-shirts, mugs caps and such available by then (just in time to miss Christmas) so keep tuned in. All the user data bases as well as the forum messages will be transferred over at that time.
I, along with all of the moderators wish to publicly thank Tech Admin for the incredible amount of work he has done putting this all together. You da man! I, along with Ted wish to thank the mods for all of their input and patience... and we also want to thank the entire board in advance for their patience as we make this into an even better message board.
