Last year, I was on a Carnival Cruise that stopped at Mahogany Bay. I booked my dive through the cruise line, and dived with Anthony's Key resort. The boats were new and well maintained, the dive sites and divemasters were awesome, and tanks were filled to a little over 3000 psi--no short fills. I enjoyed it and want to book an extended stay at Anthony's Key resort.
If you book through your cruise line, and your dive excursion gets delayed, the ship will wait for you. I'm sure there are other dive ops there, and I'm sure others will chime in.
