Sherwood gave me the same business to replace a SR1 with a bad 1st stage that had a improperly machined HP port and bits inside of it. Tech support was the worst I have ever seen, let alone in the diving industry. Went wound and round with them and my dive shop for months. After it stop working correctly under 1000 psi couldn't get parts for months (sound familiar!!). They finally said they would take care of me and accepts a return. I bought another reg. Guess what, I was never taken care of and I now have a surplus SR1. Don't trust Sherwood or Cramer Decker.
