Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with the store, just a happy customer.

Bumped into the DRIS guys at Ghostships today, from whom I has just recently bought a set of permanent drysuit wrist rings for the wife's suit. While chatting with them, she joked about being worried that I would mangle her suit when glueing the rings on. Mike (from DRIS) immediately jumped in and said that he would do a drysuit repair demo at their show booth and put one of the rings on for us and supervise my doing the other. This was already fantastic service, but it only got better. When setting up we noticed that the fumes from the cleaner (mek) were going to bother others, so he moved everything to a corridor and did it anyway even though there was no longer an audience!

That's the kind of service that makes customers come back over and over :)

If you haven't checked them out, please do: Dive Right In Scuba | Plainfield scuba diving lessons and scuba equipment. We also provide scuba certification for the Chicago area.

No problem  Thanks for allowing me to get high on your MEK...LOL

Hopefully the suits were good. Nothing like a quick trip to Harbor Freight for tools...only to go back when the heat gun is broken and smoking. I never thought I could do a necktite on a bucket, or a permanent wrist system on a mobile bar :D

Did you leak test the suit?

The suit/seals just survived 20 dives in Alaska with not a drip

Thanks Mike!
