The first picture was the Oly C5050 with 2 Inon UCL 165 stacked on top of each other, if you scroll down to the bottom, you will see some pics with C5050 with Inon UWL 100 with Inon Dome lens.

Don't know about macro, but on the WAL front I have a new INON WAL. There is also an Oly model but folks have been reporting problems with the lens coating clouding up. Also with the INON you can also buy a dome post to increase the WA even more. Check out INONs website either in Japan or the US.
