Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced macros lens to use with a Canon S100 and Ikelite housing?

Does your Ikelite have 67mm threads? If so there are a lot of options. What is "reasonably priced" to you? None I would call "cheap" by any means, but off the top of my head:
Inon UCL-165
Inon UCL-100
Subsea +5
Subsea +10
You could keep an eye out in the classifieds, as they are pretty commonly found used for a good discount.

You don't change the ports with your compact housing like you would for a DSLR or M43 camera.
The macro lenses I suggested, and others with 67mm threads, should work fine with your Ikelite housing. You can also get wide angle wet lenses for it.
