It's telling you right there that your firmware in the scooter is newer than what your app supports. So, you need an updated version of the app. Email the app developer.
Alternatively, you can try the Mac version of the VESC tool that runs on Windows. When I was using a Macbook Pro, that's what I did. It was years ago, though, so I can't tell you exactly where I got the program from. Just that I did some searching around the Internet and found it.
I tried using the Windows version of the VESC tool from inside a Windows VM running in Fusion on my Macbook and could never get that to work. Finding a version of the program that was actually compiled as a native MacOS application is what worked for me.
One of the many reasons that Macs suck and I went back to a Windows laptop after several years of fighting with the Macbook.
I also can't tell you for sure if that same program that I used before will work on your BlackTip, either, as my BT is an original, so it never had the newer firmware you have.
