never really understood the "camouflage" thing...and don't really see the point of a "loading pad"

I think you missed the part that this rash guard is dedicated to spearfishing.
The camo is used to make yourself less visible to the fish and the pad is used for loading the rifle

Well he didn't provide any info so I'm not going to assume anything. I don't bother with a loading pad when I'm spearfishing.
