LX15 Video light, erratic function.

hi,

having issues with this product, the lamp does not turn on or turn on by itself minutes after I tried.. have cheched bateries and battery rack.
I noticed there is an electronic circuit. Need help, the schematics of the circuit, or something else as help or hint. I have no acces to send it back to be fixed.

Have you replaced the bulb? What type of batteries are you using? As stated in the LX-15 manual, only Ni-MH or alkaline batteries can be used. Li-Ion or other types of AA batteries will cause the light to malfunction.

have not replaced the bulb yet, and have had the issue with 4 rechargeable 2500mAh nickel-metal hydride, then replaced with 4 alkaline. (did not mixed) and still having the problem. now it does not turn on at all.
