Fellows: I am purchasing a 40 Cu pony bottle. There is Luxfer, Sherwood, Catalina and Worthington with some buoyancy differences. My preferred online dealer mostly carries Luxfer and Worthington but can order others as well. I was wondering if there is any significant difference or if there would be a reason to purchase one over the other? Please let me know your thoughts / recommendations. Thanks.

For me it has always been; lightest and shortest.......

and which of the two satisfies this criteria?

Buoyancy, not weight IMO.
I think for a pony you want aluminum. Not so negative as steel.
~Luxfer or Catalina.

ALI IMO is the better choice.

Worthington is also a AL tank so they are both AL. I am understanding it should not matter too much as long as you get an AL tank then.

I was under the impression Worthington only made steel?
