Looking at buying a Luxfer 40ft tank. Having a-lot of trouble searching for places that stock them online, anyone know of any places that stock them?

Try deepstop.de , at least their in stock and they will ship anywhere that doesn't have a UN embargo.

Michael
Careful though, their Luxfer tankneck threads are M25x2 instead of the US NPT 3/4x14 threads that are common everywhere outside of europe.

DGX specifically says the tanks they sell are marked for North American use only.

both luxfer and catalina have tanks approved for distribution in Aus, it shouldn't be an issue to take the s40 to a hydro facility to get it AS 1777 overstamped.

DGX likely wouldn’t sell a tank made for use in another country here in the US. Mark is a little smarter than the folks at AH.

"shouldn't" doesn't mean "isn't"
To the OP - if you go down this route (and I wouldn't recommend it) then get a commitment from a hydro place prior to purchase...
