Luxfer AL13 Tank FS

Hi, I have a Luxfer AL13, brushed no-coat finish with Thermo Pro-Din valve.
It is about 4 years old and has a Jan 2009 Hydro date, so will need a hydro this January.
I would like to get $100 shipped with fresh hydro and VIP (Most new tanks will come with 6 months to a year or so of the hydro already used up)>
Or $75 shipped with fresh VIP only, no hydro. I can get a 3 day turn around on the hydro.
Generally in good condition with a few scuffs and marks from stage bands, etc.

Just want to clarify, the Thermo Pro valve can be used with DIN or Yoke, there is a removable adapter included.

I'd like to get this, but your stated shipping terms don't work for me (Hawaii). Any reason this can't go into a USPS large flat rate priority box for less than $20?
