The option of taking a day trip over to Little Cayman from Cayman Brac to dive Bloody Bay Wall, and vice versa from Little to Brac to dive the Russian Frigate wreck are still being offered (weather permitting) but it now includes lunch at the sister resort.
In the past, when we did the morning trips sometimes it was a bit of time crunch - but not bad. They would try to leave a little early and the kitchen staff would hold lunch for late returns, and dive staff might need to delay the start afternoon dive a bit.
Apparently they are now including lunch at the opposite resort during the day trips, which is a nice option and gives each group a chance to visit the other resort (and a good marketing strategy as they may decide to come back at another time.)
During the remainder of 2018 there is still a $35 charge per diver for the day trips, but the price will be included in the resort rate starting in 2019.
The information below was posted on TripAdvisor by the Cayman Brac Beach Resort management in response a reviewer that enjoyed his stay at CBBR but complained about the LCBR divers eating up all the lunch food! So maybe they still have to work out a few kinks with the new process!

"Thanks for your visit and review, Mark D. We actually plan to have sufficient food when guests from Little Cayman come over to dive and lunch at our Cayman Brac Beach Resort. And when we start running low, our dining room staff is supposed to alert the kitchen so they can bring out more.
Normally the visits from Reef Divers guests from Little Cayman are paired with a similar number of boats making the trip over from the Brac to Little Cayman to dive and have lunch. Were you not offered that option? There is an extra charge for it in 2018 ($35 per diver to cover the extra fuel), but it is included and standard in our 2019 rates."
