Lumbar Pad installation Questions

Hello all. I purchased a Lumbar pad for my Ranger (USA Made) BC when trying to install it I think I'm doing it wrong or there is to many screws and not enough holes.

I've attached some pics and hopefully they explain everything. I would think that the best way would to have the strap on the pad behind the cumberbund but as I mentioned before there is 2 screws in line with the strap and only one hole. Scott?? anyone??

Looks to me like you have it in correctly. There should only be one screw fastener per side holding it down in the front, which is what it appears you have.
