I purchased both packages new June 2012 and only used them as singles. The bands and manifolds have never been used. They are filled with 30% and ready to dive.

Sorry for the delayed response, but I'm out of town and will not be home until Wednesday afternoon. I do have a picture of the tanks on my iPhone if you want to give me your number or email, will be glade to send them today. I can also give you the numbers off of the tanks. I do have someone local picking up one of the sets on Wednesday so I only have one set left to sell.
