how old is the nitek duo? i see it has the velcro strap instead of the newer rubber or plastic strap. how many dives on it?

i'm not sure on the age exactly (i purchased it used). i've had it for about a year. the strap on it is not velcro- it is a super strong elastic, like the elastic bands that come with the dive rite stage bottle kits. it functions perfectly and the battery was replaced about 3 months ago.
