I recall many years ago seeing a documentary about a man that surfaced out of a cave sump,but had got seperated and had no way of getting back. The bit I remember most, and found disturbing was that because he had fresh water he lived for several weeks in the darkness making a record of each day that went past, he finally perished and they found this out sometime later. Looked on the net and can't find anything. Anyone recall it.
