A while ago, I drafted an article on shipwreck management, ownership, and access issues, which I just posted to the AUE website. Since many are confused in regard to these topics (especially artifact collection), it should be both informative and interesting to shipwreck divers; all divers interested in wreck diving should be aware of the included issues.
