Sure... just do the math.
3800 calories = 1 pound. Reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories a day with no change in physical activity and you'll lose a pound a week.
Likewise, increase in physical activity.
One beer contains about 200 calories. That equates to about 2 miles on a good, solid walk at 4mph (nearly a jog).

I've dropped 25 pounds (210 to 185) in the last 3 months by balancing activity with diet, and I still allow myself maybe 6-8 light beers a week and a Krispy Kreme every now and then.

It doesn't pay to be fit and have a buff body!

I am 5'10 210lbs, 32 waist about a 48 chest and I cant find a wet suit that fits.
besides custom suits do they sell athletic cut suits off the rack.

Damn, I thought I was hard to fit at 5'10" 31 waist, 41 chest. You're a monster.

I doubt you'll find none custom wetsuit to fit.

Anything beyond a 10 inch waist chest difference seems to be custom time.

You can get a custom wetsuit for around $120 including shipping from http://www.triple-l.biz.

The shipping is around $55, so don't get fooled by the low base price. Shipping is so high because it is shipped via courier from Vietnam.
