Looking for the Best diving in Greece... Where to go???

Hi guys!
Looking for the best diving in Greece. I myself am a beginner... want good visibility and shallower water... at the same time I would like to learn cave diving- or wreck diving. At the same time I would love, love, LOVE to see some groupers, Octopus, or dolphins. My boyfriend on the other hand is very experienced and would like deep dives with more life.

We are only going there for scuba diving- but any sites and nightlife are good extras. Good food is a MUST and nice hotels are also an extra bonus.

Just narrow it down for us, please!!!

Lefkada Is a nice Island in the Ionian Sea

All the laws have now changed so nobody including the dive operators there currently know exactly what a good dive site is and what isnt.

Typically the area was massively restricted and very bland and lacking in flife but all that could well have changed.

I've dived Zakynthos fwiw.
