I met an instructor in 1995 in Morrocoy Venezuela and i know he is from Bonaire
and since i am going in bonaire in November i would like to meet him after 12 years,
his name is Cesar A. Navas... he is probably in the 50's by now. i am sure one of you guys know him . i start diving in 1995 because of him and i would like to tell him a big
