Looking for someone to do Scuba Artwork

I have a small dive shop in Pennsylvania.

I'm looking for someone to draw some scuba designs for some tshirt ideas I have. I have a couple ideas that I would like an artist to draw up for me. I would like to have full ownership of the artwork when complete though. Is anyone interested in giving me a bid?

What sort of ideas do you have in mind??? I can give it a go and if I can't do anything my sister might be able to come up with something real quick.
