Looking for scuba rehab for spinal injury

I've got a friend who suffered a spinal injury this summer and while receiving care and rehab at the Shepherd center in Atlanta. They had therapuetic scuba pool sessions going on. Unfortunately he was not far enough along in his recovery to participate. He reached out to me to see if I could find anything similar in his area (Orange Beach, AL). I've talked to the dive shops in the area to see if they knew of anything similar around and they did not, so I thought I would check hear to see if anyone is aware of such rehab or therapy or immersion experiences in the Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf shores or Mobile area.
