Can anyone recommend best options for OW training in Curacao for 2 young kids (10 & 13 yo)? Looking to complete this in March. I posted this in another area, but only got one response so hoping for better luck here. Thanks in advance.

I around Willemstad, check with the Dive Bus folks (PADI Shop). Some really great instructors and guides.

Might make a difference where you are staying. We have been to Curacao 4 times and have always liked the West side and Coral Estates. Easy shore diving there. Hightly recommend that type of diving for new divers and a guide (or perhaps yourself). Enjoy the diving and post some updates. Always nice to hear of young people joining us underwater.

I've been to Curaçao a bunch of times, and we're returning again in March. We been out with Ocean Encounters, Scubaçao, and Scuba-do. They've all been really good, but we especially like the staff @ Ocean Encounters. Curaçao is pretty much the easiest diving location going, with (usually) super calm conditions. We always stay @ Sunscape, and dive with OE, who is the on-site dive op. The house reef is fantastic, and just a giant stride off the dock away, 24 hrs a day. We had our niece certified(@12yo) at home in cold water, since that was what she'd primarily be doing, but wouldn't hesitate to use OE if that hadn't been the case.

I would recommend Bob at Divers Republic. He did a bubble maker for my kid 10 years ago, and he goes well beyond the standard certification. Rather, he teaches your kid how to actually dive and be safe. His shop is at Daaibooi beach. I was just there last month and talked to him at length. I believe it is an SSI shop now.
