My old 3/2 suit is dethreading, as I call it. I live in Florida and want a good durable/flexible 5mm while my 3/2 still has life. I'm 6'2", 200lbs. Looking for something that I can use in the cold springs and ocean. Any advice would be welcome.

I just picked up the new Pinnacle Merino-lined Elastoprene suit and it is AWESOME! Super toasty and it is more flexible than my 3/2 suit. Great mobility. The construction is top-notch as well.

I'm fond of my Bare Velocity

I have never tried it but I always wondered how SCUBAPRO Tec Streamer would compare with BARE 5/4 mm or any of the top wetsuit companies. SCUBAPRO is known for making gear for commercial diving so if anyone has used this suit please share your experience.

I just got a Bare Velocity 5/4 and I like it a lot. Hard to beat the price for this quality as well.

I'll echo the Pinacle Merino wool. Got mine this fall for diving the quarry.

I'll triple-recommend the Bare Velocity 5/4...

Cheers.

As far as quality/price/sizing is concerned, BARE is hard to beat. I have 2 BARE wetsuits and they are very comfortable. Check em out...:coffee:
