I recommend Nicolas from CenoteXperience Nico & Martin are great guys and excellent dive guides. They are brothers that run a great small dive op in Playa that get excellent reviews on here and T/A.

I dove with ProDive Mexico the last time I was there. Great shop with highly qualified guides and instructors. And free Nitrox. Playa del Carmen - Pro Dive Mexico
I used Dripstone Diving for 5 days of diving. Alex showed me 9 different Cenotes.
